We purchased a mattress, 2 days later it was reduced in price. Staff struggled to find the items on the system that we were looking for as ‘names keep changing’. This slowed down the order process but the staff stayed beyond closure time to ensure everything was done correctly.

There was an issue with the card payment transaction which could only be resolved by contacting another branch and making telephone payment (4 different cards in 2 names). This resulted in an excessive time spent in the store. I was not impressed that I had to redrill the wooden slats as the pre-drilled holes would not align with those in the bed frame.

It was a stressful day for me, but visiting Dreams was helpful in that I made the purchase I wanted. Did 'shop around' and came back to Dreams in the end. I couldn't afford a bed base from Dreams, but the mattress, if lasts well, will be a good buy.

Staff member was a bit overbearing - and commented he could give me a better price if I "fluttered my eyelashes at him" ! Very condescending

The sales guy was perhaps a bit too friendly and over the top. Nevertheless he was helpful and it would not put me off returning to the store
