I was highly Satisfied. I bought a bed and x 2 side cabinets.

Price promise is difficult to validate due to number of "exclusive to Dreams" beds. Delivery charge in store but not on line is very "old school" where is the joined up shopping experience, you will just encourage window shopping in stores

Couldn't identify a product on their system, the person attending me was very helpful but his colleagues showed little interest in helping him.

Our first choice of pillow was out of stock, and the noise of the gym above the premises was worrying. However we were satisfiedwith the service but as CSI goes we never gve a 10/10.

I was offered a pillow with 20% off but this was not applied to the final invoice. The assistant said he couldn't re do the payment but would refund the money after I left the store. I am still waiting...

The assistant was not at all friendly

Only 2 colleagues serving customers waiting 10-15 min to pay 139 mattress to take away home same,time. Other customers given attention as they were buying bed and expensive items , I was given less priority no discount even though I patiently waited to pay for purchase, not assisted to carry mattress upto to store door struggled to carry. Only 1 available at time , was damaged with hole in middle when got home. I got bunkbeds from past happy came this time felt custom not appreciated.
