John showed me beds that were recommended for me on your “bed machine”, as well as some others. He didn’t push me at any time, but kept coming back to see how I was getting on. I was left to retry as many times as I wanted until I was completed satisfied. Delivery was yesterday, and last night I had a marvellous nights sleep. Very satisfied with your Dreams team. Fran - customer assistant - greeted us upon arrival, was really friendly and knowledgeable. He asked us our requirements and set us up on the virtual bed testing machine. Didn't pressurize us in to any decisions and talked us through various bed options.
