Dreams - Aylesbury

We only intended to start looking for a new bed and visit several stores but Dreams was our first call. We were met by Fran who explained virus protocols and offered us water or coffee whilst we browsed. He was attentive but not intrusive and showed us how to use the mattress selection system. He then let us take our time in selection even dismantling a head board display for a closer look at headboards. We felt he was truly interested in giving the best outcome to us not based on price but quality and needs. The standard of service was the best I have encountered in a store of any type for a long time. My wife made a point of speaking with the Management to impress this point. Fran was excellent as a representative of Dreams.

Friendly, non-pushy and knowledgable advice. Took time to understand our needs and match the product to what we were looking for: a good quality double bed for our spare room. We have, only a few weeks ago, also bought two further double beds and mattresses from your Wycombe store and was again impressed by the organisation and delivery of items.

We were offered assistance from the first moment we entered the store. Kevin was really patient and took time to walk us around the store trying different mattresses and looking for the perfect fit for us.
