Salesman was knowledgeable about the products. The Sleepmatch Machine was useful but whether it recommended the correct mattress is to be seen.

Service was excellent from entering the store to leaving. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. They listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me something else. The process was well organised and hygenic.

As a disabled person in a wheelchair I often get ignored in shops this was not the case in Aylesbury store. I was made very welcome and just any other customer VERY WELL TO ALL THE SALES STAFF IN THE AYLESBURY STORE

We were served by John sales manager he was very helpful & knowledgeable. Helped us pick what will hopefully be a great mattress. Was patient but gave us time to look round with no pressure
