I went in not knowing a thing about mattresses. I come out knowing everything there is to know nearly! All thanks to Anne in the Braintree store! She walked me through everything! Was so patient and friendly! She helped with everything! Explained why certain mattresses would benefit me more than others as well as explaining why the machine chose the selection of mattresses it did! Can not thank her enough! She was amazing!

The store assistant was extremely helpful. As we were unsure what matters would suit us the best, the store assistant provided us with a test and showed us the best possible options. We were allowed to spend time in a store to try different mattresses, so we can make the best decision. Surroundings were clean and quality of the mattresses were outstanding.

Kyle took time to walk us through all the mattress that match with us, and talked through each mattress’ detail and what material it was made out of. He was very knowledgeable.

Offered the sleep test to work out which style of mattress would suit myself and my husband. Even after that we didn’t feel like we were being forced a hard sell on a mattress just because we had tried the test out.

The assistant who served us was very helpful. The mattress test was a huge help in finding the right product for us.
