Dreams - Braintree

The shop manager firstly made me feel at ease telling me they had beds to suit all budgets. James then looked after us, using the machine to measure our requirements, which the kids loved. James was very knowledgeable on the products and very friendly, he explained each part of the process along the way. we bought 2 beds and 2 mattresses. Great service from a lovely team!

Staff was so professional and took her time to explain how to get the correct product to my understanding and reasoning. She got classic mastery of her job and products

Great customer service & the right product

We dealt with Ann at the Braintree store. She was highly knowledgeable about the products the store had in the showroom, and those that could be ordered in. She spent a lot of time with us, and as we had honestly overlooked our mattress before, used the analytical machine to inform what firmness and style of mattress would best suited our sleeping pattern. The product that we were most interested in - the Florence Shadow Ottoman - was out of stock, so Ann took our details and promised to call us when they were restocked. She did this promptly, and we were able to order the bed immediately for delivery next month. Ann showed exceptional knowledge and customer care. We will definitely be returning for our toddler's bed, and accessories. It is great to have such a great service 5 minutes from home.

The Assistant, Ann, was friendly and chatty. After finding out that I required a mattress I was put on the mattress machine. She then showed me all the mattresses suggested and I was unable to decide between two. There was no pressure and I was allowed to stay on each of the chosen mattresses for as long as I needed to decide. Myself and my son were offered a bottle of water each and the whole process was quick and easy. Well done Ann and well done Dreams

Friendly assistant who had a huge amount of knowledge and took time to understand our needs. Everything was fully explained from start to finish.

We were served by Kyle, he was a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. He listed to what we wanted as we already knew and showed us our options. I believe he is relatively new to the company as he couldn't do all of the transaction in regards to setting up finance etc, however his product knowledge was great. The only issue we had was the promotion on the mattress, it didn't automatically take the discount off at the checkout so if we didn't raise this we would of been over charged by £200. I have to admit when we said we think this is incorrect the staff we helpful and amended it... this then resulted in us not getting the day we originally wanted for our bed to be delivered as it was explained to us it was a live system. This wasn't the end of the world but was a little frustrating as one problem led to another. In summary even with the slight issues with the amount first quoted and the delivery date we were very happy with our experience at the dreams store. and thank you yo Kyle for looking after our needs.

Kerry was extremely helpful and took time to show us what options were available to us and how to use the product. Once we agreed which item we wanted the whole process was very straightforward.
