I had put my name down on which was reduced in price but wasn’t able to be sold yet. I got a call the exact day that the store had been told they can sell the bed and I went in later that day to view it. The manager was so helpful, called Kerry at the Braintree store and she talked me through my options of delivery and assembly. I did ask if it had a smart tv in as the one in Colchester did but was told this one didn’t. As it was such good value I just couldn’t turn it down!

We were welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The salesman was extremely helpful and friendly.

Great customer service received from Ann. Was offered a number of different options to meet our needs.

Assistant Ann was super helpful and friendly. We used the sleep machine to see what we needed. She was very helpful in showing us what was suitable for us and at no point did she make us feel uncomfortable nor did we feel pressured into buy something expensive. It was a very pleasant and easy mattress shopping experience.

Kerry was very kind and attentive to hubby who has Parkinson’s disease. She didn’t rush him and was very patient and understanding. She even walked to our car carrying the bed cover and let him use the loo. Much appreciated.

Just thought Kyle was a lovely young man, he was personable sn have a very genuine nature about him. He gave us time alone when we needed it. There was no pressure. He was down to earth

James has very good product knowledge. He was able to identify our needs and fulfilled them quickly. Extremely good customer service and would highly recommend to others.

My partner is in a wheelchair so going anywhere is always difficult but visiting your store was a breeze and the staff could not of been any more helpful. My partner had to get in and out of her chair a number of times to try different mattress and beds and also the machine to tell us what mattress was best. As you can imagine my partner was dreading this day but we came away so happy with everything we just want to say thank you for making a bad experience as good as it could of possibly been. Ann and her assistant Kyle where brilliant but so were the other staff in the shop. Thank you all dream team Braintree 🙂
