Met upon arrival by very polite helpful trainee. With help from a trained member of staff a previous order was located and a suggestion of a similar product located, tested and purchased. The trainee even carried purchase to my car as I had had surgery!

From start to finish Ann, the salesperson, was attentive to our needs, courteous and showed us a variety of mattresses.

Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Kerry was very knowledgeable and took time to understand our needs. She showed us lots of products and explained the benefits to each one but at no point did it feel like she was pushing a sale on us. There was a lot of choice and the items we wanted were available fairly quickly.

Staff were available to deal with our enquiry immediately. Very helpful in finding us what we needed and wanted and process from start to finish easy and uncomplicated.

James offered help which we gratefully accepted. The whole experience was excellent.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly, we felt so relaxed and came out very happy.

This was my second visit as I wanted to make up my mind before making my order. It was all very easy and the assistant was extremely helpful

The lady who assisted my husband and I was called Ann ,she was extremely helpful and very pleasant certainly knew her job answered all our questions even asked if we would like a bottle of water as sadly they cannot offer tea at the moment, delivery is on Friday 11th March we thought we would have to wait a lot longer so all good.
