Prompt service , lovely lady helper very knowledgeable and patient

The service was great, staff were very friendly, informative and understanding as also had young kids with me. The lady helped me try a range of beds tailored to my needs and added everything to my order that I needed for the complete package. I was very happy 😊

Almost Highly Satisfied

The in store team were amazing - no complaints at all. We were expecting the mattress to be delivered the Saturday after our visit. On the Friday afternoon head office called to say our mattress was going to be 3-4 weeks delayed due to QC issues. It was really disappointing as I’d already arranged for our existing mattress to be collected. Although the in store team were amazing we felt let down by the delivery. Head office suggested we returned to store to select another mattress, but after spending considerable time in store finding the perfect mattress, that was the one we wanted!
