Because (& I hope you read this) the lady that served us - listened to what we wanted & suggested just the right product for us - she was VERY goid

Joseph at the Cribbs Causeway Bristol store was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It helped that we were the only customers in the store, so we had his undivided attention, but he was never pushy or overbearing. Thank you to Joseph for making our experience so seamless… especially as we were shopping with a newborn baby!

Staff were very knowledgeable and knew about all stock and what selections were available. Helped us greatly and we're very accommodating. I phoned before visiting to make sure I was able to collect and they were sure they had the product I needed. Very pleased

The sales assistant was friendly, helpful and patient. The Sleepmatch gadget was fun (though I’m not sure how scientific it really is). Overall a good buying experience.
