We were monitored on the bed computer Then he gave us our options. We would like to thank him for all his help. Very professional

Good communication

Both team members were very helpful and friendly. The technology for the analysis of what mattress would suit was interesting. Although seemed to only be two options which were the most expensive in store. Still the staff were really helpful.

Despite the disruption in the store due to refurbishment, Melanie the lady who helped us was excellent, tried us on the mattress selector then took us through the various mattresses that our profiles fitted. Very pleased after a very poor experience with Bensons for Beds!

everything was very easy

The sales person Riki greeted us with a smile, was very knowledgeable, spoke to us at the appropriate level, and took the time to understand our needs. He offered us refreshments and even changed the test pillow as it had collapsed.

We booked an appointment at 2 pm and in the end got to the store earlier Joe was great in that he started our appointment earlier and was great a recommending what was right for us.

The young man That served us was very knowledgeable friendly and let us wander and find out which bed and mattress we liked then came and helped us very well very very nice person even made me a cup of tea lovely boy
