Staff had good knowledge of what we wanted.

from start to finish Dreams were a dream, we got what we wanted and look forward to getting it in place

We walked in and the assistant came up from her computer to help almost straight away. We told her what we were after (something not too expensive and that we could take away asap) and she showed us a few things, as well as some things in the sale. She gave us a fantastic deal and threw in a mattress protector. It felt as though she could not do enough. Even offered a coffee or tea whilst we waited. Fantastic.

Grace, the Dreams representative was first class.

The staff gave us immediate and total attention and explained everything we needed to know. (I bought our bed from Dreams nearly 10 years ago and we remain very happy with it - David Self, Jonathan's father) Complete with drinks it was a friendly and competent time at the shop.

the shop staff were always happy to provide their knowledge and understanding of all products within the shop, they were always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the products we purchased.

I found Grace to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very friendly and certainly "knew her stuff"

The whole process of buying a bed was quick and painless. "Karolynne" was extremely informative and attentive and she made everything very easy to understand. Furthermore, l was very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the store. I had an excellent all around experience and would highly recommend Dreams to other people.
