The store was well laid out, bright and clean. Jonathon greeted us and explained about the different types of mattresses available. He then left us free to try out a number of different ones, but was always on hand for any queries we had. The same was true of Karolynne when we returned the next day. Excellent customer service; helpful and friendly but not at all pushy!

I had done some initial research but still had questions. Karolynne was able to answer all my queries and provide more information to make an informed decision. She encouraged me to try out the options and explained the exchange policy should I regret my purchase. In addition she made an incredibly good cup of tea.

We were very satisfied with the selection on offer, the assistance we had from the staff member, Jonathan. Also we were very happy that our order could be delivered within 48 hours.
