Karolynne was very friendly when we first entered the store and explained clearly how the beds are priced and the differences in the mattresses. She gave us a pillow each to use when trying the beds and reassured us it was ok to try as many out as we liked. She also offered us a cup of tea which was a lovely touch. When we had narrowed down our choice she took the time to get the different prices for all the combinations we were interested in. Karolynne did not rush us and did not follow us around the store. Had this happened we would have walked away without making a purchase.

My experience at Dreams today was excellent the member of staff that dealt with us was very welcoming, informative and was very good at helping us find the right bed for our needs. It was a very stress free and relaxing visit. I would highly recommend to friends and family to visit the store. I look forward to enjoying a good nights sleep in my new bed when it arrives. Because the lady we was seen by give us a 100% knowledge about are bed

We were approached on arriving asked what we were interested in,everything was explained really well,we then we're left to look round at our leisure.The staff were there for any questions we had,we didn't feel rushed or harassed and we were offered tea and coffee as well.

The manager gave us good advice but did not pressure us in anyway

To be honest, if it wasn't for the excellent customer service by PENNY., I would have shopped around for better prices. However, she was so lovely, I returned to the store 2 days later, to proceed with my purchase of bed and mattress. Bought bed linen while I was there, and will be returning again to buy pillows when funds allow.

We were met very quickly by Joe who clearly explained the product we had an interest in. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and communicated everything in a manner which was non-technical and easy to understand.

Karolynne was very helpful and gave us lot so far information about the Materesses and let us have our own time to decide. Wasn't pushy at all

Quick prompt service and delivery

We were given the opportunity to ask questions and were given plenty of time to try the mattresses and pillows. Having back and neck problems, I really appreciated being given time to compare the different items and we were given friendly and helpful advice throughout. Thank you.
