Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We are new to buying a bed and Karolynne from cribs causeway Bristol was so lovely. We came in the shop just before it closed but she was so kind in not rushing us instead she explained all types and what would best suit are needs. I would go back again to buy from Karolynne she really helped me and my partner. We can't wait for our new bed to be delivered.

Product knowledge was great. Were able to deliver in days and removed old bed. Catered for my children. Very pleased with my experience with Dreams.

Fantastically helpful staff on both occasions. Had plenty of time for us. Not at all pushy about selling us anything. Prices better than their sources for same product.

The assistant was extremely helpful and patient, as I felt we tried almost every mattress in the store, she us whittle down our decision to two and eventually our final choice. Well done and thank you Karolynne.

The salesperson, Penny was very knowledgeable about your range of beds. We had a specific requirement. Ottoman bed with slats. Penny was able to show us all the options as well as expanding our ideas and gave us expert advice about choosing the mattress. She was friendly and reassuring when there were issues with the payment machine. Many thanks

We were searching for a trundle guest bed. The one in store was good. Alum, exactly what we needed and there was a choice of colours. Joe the assistant was very helpful which the label was not.
