Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

I made three separate visits to Dreams in order to purchase a new mattress. On each visit I was greeted and dealt with politely and professionally. On my first visit the Dreams colleague (Penny) spent some time with me explaining both the products and services available; I found her knowledge and help most useful in selecting our new mattress.

the store was set out well. the prices were easy to read and understand the help of the assistant was just enough, friendly, asked questions but enough. we were left alone to discuss and make are choice of mattress without being bothered. We do look at two other stores local to this one but the mattress we really liked the look and feel of was a dreams, we await the delivery on Monday and hope for another fab dreams mattress . By the way the assistance who helped was called Jonathan of Cribs Causeway branch thanks.

Staff were polite and knowledgeable. Service was excellent.

Very good and customer service in store. I was shown the colour coding of the various types of mattress and encouraged to try out many as I liked. Staff were attentive without being pushy.

Jonathan was very attentive and ready to help at all times, even offering us a beverage while we were there, on both occasions. He also knew when to leave us to discuss things further. All the staff gave valueable advice and were very helpful.We left excited about our purchase.
