Myself and My wife were served by Penny, she explained the different mattress compositions, she made my wife a cup of coffee, issued us with pillows to try out the beds and left us alone to form an opinion and make a decision. Penny was unwell on the day we visited the showroom but this didn't affect her sales approach, well done.

Super quick and easy to buy a mattress. Sales person didn't interfere too much but was helpful, knowledgable and understood what we were looking for quickly and efficiently. Sale went through extremely quickly and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. The least stressful experience I've had buying furniture.

Very relaxed in there. The sales assistant, David, was attentive, but gave us space to talk without any pressure. He listened to our specific requirements and gave very good recommendations.

Sales rep. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the produced we were looking for. Offered us a drink while we tested the product. We were very pleased with the help we received.

I wanted the same mattress as a friend has and the information was found on computer. Brilliant system!
