We were planning to visit several stores, but we found what we wanted at Dreams, so didn't bother to go further.

Polite friendly assistant who directed us well to appropriate mattress.

Friendly personnel but not pushy, gave us enough time to look around and discuss between ourselves. When placing the order, they were friendly and helpful.

The store manager joe was very friendly and even tho I entered the store at 7:20 and didn't leave until 8 (closing time) he didn't rush me in my purchase. Thank you

This is the second time that I have bought a bed from Dreams. Both times I cannot fault the level of customer service that I received, staff are very friendly & knowledgeable on all products. I came away feeling very satisified that my needs had been met. I don't really want to get rid of my first bed as I love it so much but I'm having to downsize to a double, on a positive note I am very much looking forward to many more years of a good, comfortable nights sleep in my new bed!

Store assistant was knowledgeable and helpful, offered coffee, and talked through the process and discussed our needs in depth, only issue we had was the computer systems would not show a delivery date for our selection.

I was impressed with the help I was given.
