Penny, the sales assistant, was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She took her time to explain all the different types of products to me, the fors and against. She was courteous and understanding as I am disabled. Very satisfied with the service she gave

We came in to price match a product that we had already seen at another store. Jonathan pointed out that the Sleepeazy Mattress that we wanted was not available from Dreams. We were shown similar mattresses and after trying them all a few times and comparing the specifications felt that we might reconsider. Your product was £250 more expensive but Jonathan offered a better discount. We left the store very happy that we had purchased a superior mattress. We had a budget of up to £1000 which we had to stretch by 25%.

The salesman, David, was very helpful with choosing the right mattress for us and very knowledgeable about your products.

Friendly staff, Delivery booked for a couple of days later, Staff knew about the products and were able to advise us on which mattresswould best suit our needs. Over all a great experience.
