The sales person was very pleasant and went to some trouble to retrieve the product I wanted to purchase. He was very polite when I said I wanted sometime to shop elsewhere before I made a decision.

Found the exact product I wanted with the help from Jonathan. Very helpful explaining the different mattress types as I was unsure what I was after

Went into the shop at 10:45 on Sunday, and even had to wait for 11:00 to pay, it was that quick and easy and so far (pre-delivery) everything has worked out perfectly.

I was satisfied with the lady Karolynne, however we were given a green bag to put our old mattress in. We are both disabled and realise we will,be unable to get the mattress in the bag. The mattress is clean. Will your delivery drivers do it for us please.
