Melanie was really friendly and helpful. The whole experience was easy and stress free and we received our delivery in 5 days which was great. The delivery men were very efficient in putting together our purchase and we absolutely love it....as do all our friends and family. We have recommended dreams to them. Thank you.

Liked the choice of products in the store. Sales assistant Joe was very helpful - he explained the differences between mattrasses and advised the beds within oir budget.

I am highly satisfied with the product but the main reason for feeling highly satisfied with the overall experience is due to the very pleasant and helpful manner of Karolynne who served me that day.

The two members of staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I was given assistance when needed but also given time to think and try out different mattresses without having someone breathing down my neck. I was offered a cup of coffee and got a free pillow.

The sales person was courteous and knowledgeable although we did know what we wanted but had to try out. We were given a coffee when we arrived and looked after the whole period we were in the store.

Karolynne ( I think I've spelt it right) - came upstairs to see if we needed help - she then demonstrated the product without any hard sell & returned downstairs to find out about a question we had asked. That was sorted out quickly-& we left saying we would consider a decision. We returned a couple of minutes later having decided to place the order. At every stage we were treated in a courteous and friendly manner.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable gave all the information we required re the various products. There was no sales push just a very professional approach ensuring we received the best options for us.
