The assistant Karolynne was very helpful understood my needs and helped me to find just what I needed. The whole transaction was completed very efficiently and I was even given a cup of tea an unexpected but very welcome bonus. This was my second visit to this store and I would definitely go back again.

The colleague that dealt with us gave good advice when it was obvious that item we originally required was no longer available, certainly not in our time scale. He showed us a range of alternative products and we were able to select a suitable mattress to suit our needs.

Penny was the girl who served us and she was extremely helpful, had good knowledge of the store and procedures and was very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with the store layout as it is easy to narrow down what you want and where to look.

Jonathan spent time listening to what we wanted (mattress), left us alone whilst we were trying mattresses out, and was on hand to answer any questions we had. He also made me a great cup of tea!
