Jonathan (person who sold is the bed) was extremely friendly, patient and understanding. He had excellent product knowledge, and gave us plenty of time to test out the different mattresses to find the one we wanted. He was an excellent salesman and a credit to your company.

The Sales Assistant called Melanie was very helpful and knowlegeable.

Greeted when I arrived, then left to browse. After a few minutes, assistant came and explained colour coding which was very useful. Then left to try a few mattresses and given a cup of tea. Any questions I asked were fully answered. Chose bed, ordered and paid. A pleasant process, helpful staff but didn't feel hassled.

This was our first trip to look for a new mattress but we ended up buying what I consider to be a top of the range luxury bed! The assistance we received from Joe was just right he was knowledgeable about the products and was able to explain your colour coded system to us making choosing a bed much easier. Joe explained everything to us and left us to look around, then was able to answer every question we had with confidence, and he made a lovely cup of tea! I am looking forward to the delivery of my new bed very much. I was also amazed at the amount of choice available.

We were given directions as to the colour coded products and advised on the differences between them. Melanie, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being over bearing. We went away to compare products with a competitor and were left rather dissapointed with their customer services and so returned to Dreams promptly to make a purchase.
