Store staff were very helpful without being intrusive. They had good knowledge about the product we wanted.

I was initially assisted by Penny and when I returned to purchase the bed, I was assisted by Jonathan. Both were very friendly and helpful (offering refreshments) and being knowledgeable about the products. The ordering was fast and efficient.
