Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We were looking for a new bed & didn't have any idea what we really needed. The sales assistant (Penny) explained perfectly, what was available & what the product consisted of. She then left us alone to browse, only returning at our request for more info. We changed our minds twice but the assistant was quite acceptable & carefully put our order together complete with prices, pointing out further items on offer that we may consider. My wife & I left the store with our bed on order & a delivery date agreed & our other items in the car, we were overwhelmed with the service, attention & ease of making a decision that we were dreading and had put off for weeks. Thank you Dreams and in particular Penny the very helpful assistant, amazed she has only been working there for 2 months!

The retail was very helpful and friendly without being invasive. After explaining our budget and requirements he made his suggestions which suited our needs perfectly. The experience was enjoyable and would certainly recommend the Cribs Causeway store to anyone looking to buy a new bed.

we were not pressurised into anything that we did not want allowed time to test our purchase, and very surprised at how soon we could get our product, the comunication between the despatch office spot on , delivery time was perfect also, all in all a very good shopping experience

Karolynne in the Dreams store at Cribbs Causeway went out of her way to be helpful at every stage of the process. She made us welcome in the shop, offering us all a drink. She allowed me plenty of time to try the beds and suggested options. She was extremely helpful on the phone afterwards when I placed the order. She made the experience as straightforward and easy for me as possible.

As soon as we stepped inside Dreams we were approached by Karolyne who asked us what type of bed we were looking for and immediately took us to the type of bed we wanted. There was a choice of two beds we liked so to help us make a decision we were offered pillows to make us comfortable on the beds also was offered a drink whilst making up our minds. We felt at ease and were not rushed at all whilst we were making up our minds and Karolyne was on hand all the time to answer any questions we asked. Eventually we made our decision on which bed we were going to buy then Karolyne helped me choose a headboard in the colour I wanted...I was also impressed that mattress covers were included and alsoi was able to buy sheets for bed at a discounted price. Our old bed was bought from dreams and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else as the service we got was excellent, thank you so much.

We were highly satisfied with the way Jonathan was readily available and after we explained what we were looking for , he did not waste time with unnecessary explanations or Jargon and directed us to a few alternatives giving us straightforward information in reply to our enquiries. He was very friendly and there was a "no fuss" approach to the ordering and delivery transactions. We were also given coffee made by his colleague which was very welcome .

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products nothing was too much trouble and she made an excellent cup of coffee! Not in the least bit pushy and accepted that we would shop around before making our decision to purchase. Will certainly buy again from Karolynne
