We were serves by the manager, Joe Lofty who provided a good old fashioned friendly and informative shopping experience. His advice and product knowledge was well above nearby competitors.

We went into the store looking for headboards. We were approached by an assistant when we entered the store who directed us to the headboards. We were delighted to find just the sort of headboard we wanted and at the price we were prepared to pay. The assistant didn't pester us but left us to look and when we asked for help he was very pleasant and helpful.

We were given all the assistance we needed to make the right choice of bed. The colleague, Melanie was very knowledgable and went through all the options carefully. A very pleasant experience, including a cup of coffee!

Jonathan was a highly helpful and informative salesman. Spent time with us, was patient, fully explained the benefits of the furniture and assembled anything that we wished to view.

Although I found the price of a bed and mattress highly expensive this is similar to the prices in other high street stores.customer service provided by Melanie and Jonathan was excellent and exceeded all our expectations.

I went in to buy a mattress and came away having bought one came away satisfied. Hopefully This has been the right choice but even more satisfied that I have 40 days to rectify this.

All stock was very clearly set out ,well displayed and easy to understand.staff were friendly and helpful to.

Jonathon greeted us on arrival and left us to browse as we had requested but assured us of his availability if we had any queries or concerns. Returned immediately to guide us through our requirements and give necessary advice. Very professional and friendly. We visited other bed centres and did not have same customer care and we were therefore happy to return to Dreams and place our order.

Bright store, friendly staff. Enough choice

Melanie was very helpful and answered our questions completely. It helped that she had been the person we spoke to the previous time we had visited the shop. She appreciated our needs and was able to suggest the best solution for us.
