We went in to look at a bed we had seen on your website. The specific frame wasn't on show and I didn't like the other frames in the store and so decided to just look at matteresses. Were served by Karolynne. Welcomed to the store and offered a hot drink. Karolynne was not pushy and listened to what we were saying directing us to the matteresses she thought would best suit us. Good choice of mattresses. Karolynne was the only person working in the store and had other customers to serve. She worked between us making sure she was always available for questions. We were given time to browse at leisure. We decided to go and look for a frame first so left the store. We came back at around 7.40pm. Karolynne took our order and we didn't finish until around 8.15pm - the store was due to close at 8pm. Never once did Karolynne make us feel rushed. Very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to sleeping on our new matteress and am assured it will feel good on our new bedframe.

The member of the staff who helped me to find the right mattress for me was knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses and I received all the information I required from him. I was able to lye down on the bed to test the mattresses and the feel of it. He was very helpful and patient with me when I was trying to choose the right mattress and the bed. I am looking forward to receiving my bed and mattress in couple of weeks time.

It was the first time I've bought a mattress so I went into the store slightly confused about what I was looking for. The lady who helped me really listened to what I described and we found the perfect mattress with ease. It was a very good experience.

We were highly satisfied with our visit as we were welcomed to the shop to start with, we were allowed to browse round and look in peace. There was always an assistant available to ask questions of, or there was someone there occasionally asking us if we needed any help. "Our" sales assistant was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our experience was far less painful than we had imagined it could've been. Very efficient, friendly and experienced, we even had a lovely mug of tea to drink. Sat at a desk in comfy chairs to do all the paper work and payment. All went very smoothly and quickly. "Our" assistant explained everything like the guarantee etc. very thoroughly. We were very happy and pleased with the whole thing.

Highly satisfied with our visit, welcomed to the store, very friendly, knowledgeable staff, could browse in peace but always had someone in the background to ask questions of and who was very efficient and knew just about every and anything that was asked of them. Great product range, speedy easy paper work and payment. Everything fully and expertly explained. Lovely mug of tea too. Would highly recommend this company.

The shop was light and airy and we spent time trying out the mattresses. Although we were initially asked if we needed any help we were left to browse which we like to do. We asked Melanie a few questions concerning the mattresses. She was polite and approachable and we decided which one would serve us best. We left to look in other bed shops but returned to Dreams later to place our order. We were pleased that the old bed would be taken a way when the new one came which had been a concern to us.The experience was stress free and enjoyable.
