Great shop assistance and knowledge. No high pressure salesmanship.

The salesman was welcoming, polite and helpful. We were interested in a particular make of bed and he explained the construction options clearly. We were given the opportunity to lie on the beds to try them with pillows that we are accustomed to. We explained that we would view beds in an alternative supplier and he was very understanding and gracious about this. On returning to the store, he answered outstanding questions and having agreed the sale he completed the order quickly and with appropriate explanation. The delivery time was quoted as 6 weeks, but this was OK for us.

The salesman Jonathan was good at understanding our needs then narrowing down the choice based on a needs approach, he applied this to both myself and wife
