Friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable assistant. Plenty of choice and easy to identify the particular type of mattress we wanted due to the colour coded pillows. Great idea!

Jonathan was really good at finding me the right mattress as he had to call another branch to find out what matteress it was that I brought over a year ago. He found the information very quickly and then directed me to a mattress which they had which was similar as you do not stock the matteress I have anymore.
