Dreams assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about products although we were unsure about what it was we were looking for. There was a wide range of beds, bases, headboard etc. It took us a long time to make a decision, the assistant was patient and offered advice when asked.

Plenty of time spent explaining all the options after the initial disappointment of not finding the bed we wanted in store after viewing it online.

Very helpful, knew their job, did not push us in any way to purchase items. We took in all that was said, and decided to get the item that we wanted.

This was mainly due to the friendliness of the staff, they were attentive and knowledgeable. Offered great advice and a cup of tea. I would say that more info could be provided with each mattress, such as number of springs etc which I think would be an improvement.

As me and my partner walked in to your store we knew what we were looking for but weather we could get in the correct colour your colleague Karolynne in cribs causeway Bristol store was straight over asking if we needed any help. She explained the tv beds came in two different colours and two different styles. We explained to her that we were moving house and didn't have a date and she told us that she would look to see what could be done. I ended up leaving the store £1700.00 later after buying on top a matresse and pillows but I have to say what fantastic customer service from start to finish thankyou

The young man who served us found everything we needed, he recommended certain items which were better and ensured we were charged the best possible price. He was very approachable, engaging and gave us all the help we could need. We will definitely be returning to this store.
