Melanie was very helpful and patient when I tried out a lot of mattresses. She let me know whether my some looked aligned on each bed. Very happy :)

I had done extensive research for the mattress we wanted to buy. It was available, we sought out a member of staff, ordered the mattress, sorted the paperwork, signed up for 10 months free credit, and all went smoothly.

Melanie who helped my mother choose her bed was very helpful and friendly. Got extra pillows so she could try the beds how she would sleep at home. Very welcoming when we came in the store and helped us with all our questions.

No pressure sale, left to make are own decision on product, when asked for help was very professionaly given/adviced. Good product knowledge assisted in our purchase.

We had been to a few other stores other than Dreams ... Was not impressed .. As we are in retail we like to have a service and spend our money when we are comfortable

I was aiming to test and probably buy a Tempur mattress. All 6 mattress options I needed to assess were available on the shop floor, hence giving me everything I needed to make a decision. The customer service and knowledge of Melanie was first class and critical in helping me understand the products and make a choice.
