A lovely bright, pristine store with a very good selection of beds, mattresses to try out. Your colleague Melanie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the information provided was clearly explained. She advised us to take our time so that we could experience the differences between the different types of matresses to ensure we felt our final choice was correct. We were also made aware of the 40 day trial period, which is fantastic. Having made our decision overnight we returned the next day - our order was dealt with quickly and efficiently - we were even offered a hot drink - most civilised. Thank you Dreams. Melanie was first class - friendly , knowledgable and a good negotiator as I spent nearly double what I had intended but by presenting and explaining the products I had no hesitation in committing to buy on the spot . She is a credit to your organisation . Brilliant and many thanks .

The assistant, Joe, gave us a lot of time and help. He appeared very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in.

No complaints about anything other than the fact there was only one member of staff in the store, who didn't have much of a sense of humour.

The sales guy Joe was willing to listen to our current problematic mattress issues and having just come from John Lewis store and not being satisfied with the knowledge of the staff felt that they knew what they were talking about.

Jonathan was very friendly and answered all our questions. He wasn't pushy with trying to sell something and gave us time to lie on the beds and decide for ourselves while answering our questions, it was very busy at the time yet he didn't try and rush us.

Very pleased with the service. Particularly like the 40night trial Staff friendly as we were offered a beverage which was very needed after testing so many beds. Good prices and a much better range than competitors as we tried them all and came back to Dreams.
