In comparison to other retailers visited before Dreams, the knowledge of the product we were looking for was 100%, as well as having all comparisons available. Salesman not too pushy, but friendly too, very good at his job and made buying a pleasure.

The staff were able to direct us to what we were looking for. They were also able to advise us on the different types of mattresses. We had two toddlers with us and the staff had no problem with them wondering around supervised by their uncles.

Melanie , the assistant was very helpful and informative and as a result we were more easily able to make a decision on our purchase.

The staff were friendly and approachable making me feel welcome to the store. The sales assistant stepped back giving me space and time to think, not making me feel pressured, but also made himself available to answer any questions I needed to ask. We were offered tea and coffee and were able to take our time filling out the paperwork going over details, at no point did I feel rushed into making a considered purchase.
