All staff were approachable and friendly, yet also let us have a look around on our own which was appreciated. We were pleased with the sale prices and the recommendations from the lady we dealt with. Overall very happy and impressed with Dreams!

From the moment we walked in the assistant was friendly, attentive but not overly and when we needed help she was there and very helpful. The process was very efficient which was good because our children had had enough of shopping.

Not pressured into buying. Salesman knew what he was selling. Fab experience as we had been to the store next door who were not very helpful

Our assistant was great, very knowledgable and friendly. Gave us lots of time with no pressure to buy and we tried all the beds. We were given clear instructions on how to return or swap products if we didn't like them and we were also given monthly cost breakdowns of our purchase/product plan.
