The lady we saw was extremely helpful and pleasant even though it was late on a Friday evening. This is the second time we have purchased a bed from Dreams and the purchase experience has been great on both occasions.

I was shopping with my 2 year old which is never a pleasurable experience she was running around like a mad thing but joe took it all in his stride he was really helpful and didn't make me feel like he wanted me out of the shop quick. He was very helpful, but not in your face which is hard to do with a crazy 2 year old running about the place.

Myself and partner arrived to the cribbs causeway store quite late and the store manager Joe was very helpful in finding us the best quality from and mattress for our budget. Not rushing us out he was able to secure the deal and we left extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Well done Joe top effort.
