Assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable about beds . She didn't rush us and made us a cup of tea which made us feel at ease

Assistant ( Jazeer ) was more than helpful. He was professional, polite and friendly, he took his time with us understanding our needs, made a lot of good recommendations. Sales skills were excellent ( we ended up also buying a carpet, pillows and a mattress protector, none of which we had come in for.

I find that when you shop at dreams. Nothing is to much trouble. We was in the store for some time and was asked if we wonted and drink. And there was a lot of people in the store but we ddidn't feel that we was rushed in to any thing. we didn't won't. I'm not very good at getting on the beds when people are about. Be the lady made me feel so at ease.we only went in for one bed and came out.with .Two. and very pleased with what we have ordered. I will be buying from deams again.this is my fourth order with deams and lm so pleased we found what we wonted.another great experience. Thanks to Karolynne .

Having had problems previously with Delivery issues from Dreams we were dubious to return. However, that was many years ago so gave it another go and this time had no problems at all from start to finish. The Branch this time was Cribbs Causeway and we were assisted by Jonathan who was exceptionally helpful - even offered us a cup of tea or coffee. Our order was not a big one - just a single mattress - but nevertheless he couldn't have been more helpful, for which we say 'Thank You'.

The staff took my needs straight into consideration, sat back and came back to me with a solution to my budget problem on purchasing the bed frame and mattress that I required, they were very proffesional but didn't pressurise at any stage, 3 of the the staff members at the cribbs causeway department. 2 of the staff members at the Brislington department were very warming, and gave me the time I needed to make my decision, all in all a very satisfying purchase

Very friendly and afficient. Store manager served me personally. Tidy store, easy to find what I was looking for. Very impressed.

Short staffed. Took a while for a colleague to come and help us. We found a mattress we liked and it took about 15 minutes for a colleague to come over and take our order. Other than that happy with everything else. Just waiting a while.
