We were quoted a delivery day within 1 week but by the time the order was processed the slot had gone and we had to accept a later less convenient slot

Efficient and thorough

There was no cleaning of the beds between users

Had understood that having listed an order, but finding I had left bank card at home, could call before 6 pm the next day and pay. However, was not told the price would increase by £300! This is where the same bed, different name came in! Think your selection of bases very poor. I wanted a simple slat base with just a pillow depth headboard. Had to go to John Lewis for it and was unable to avail myself of the 20% discount.

Always room to improve

I was very satisfied but until I get the mattress and use it I can’t say highly satisfied as the product has not been received yet. In terms of the help given in store and the ordering process, all good so far.

The salesperson seemed to have little knowledge, I had already selected items by visiting your website but was looking for a little more help in store. Our last visit was far superior……..

The stock was very limited

We went to buy a bed and mattress and we were happy with the product and the service. Shopping is a chore not a fun day out.
