Overall I was satisfied with my experience at Dreams. I am not Highly Satisfied because I have not received my delivery as yet, ask me again after the delivery to see see if I am Highly Satisfied.

Kids in cars revving and doing doughnuts. Very threatening for anyone in the store. Felt intimidated and very unsafe. Will not return to that store. Felt very very sorry for a female member of staff locking up on her own! Really would expect better of Dreams.

I think that this survey should be sent out a week or two after the mattress has been delivered. You are asking me to rate a shopping experience where I have spent over £2000 but before the product has been delivered.

Our sales advisor was friendly and extremely helpful & knowledgeable, however, he did split his time between ourselves and another customer. The other customer could have been delegated to one of the other employees. As a customer, all mattresses and beds look the same, full focused assistance from a suitably trained sales advisor is therefore essential. That said, we were still very satisfied and happy to purchase.
