So at the start, I was asked for a budget for my order to narrow down the mattress search. When it came to checkout, of course there were a bunch of add-ons (matress protector/ bed cover scheme) which I imagine most customers want. Obviously I felt comfortable saying no to these but of course they were pitched as essential items so I caved (nice salesmanship haha). The only feedback I have is maybe mention these at the start to managed price expectations and prevent potential post-sale-bitterness. In the end the mattress I went for even with the add-ons came under budget, but it was the lack of transparency at the start on these additional items that has stopped me giving a 'highly satisfied' rating overall. Nit-picky I know!

Overall I was satisfied with the service provided, quite a high bar to say ‘highly satisfied’ but it may have been better if there were more beds to view in store, although the overall section was good.

Usually highly satisfied at Dreams, but our assistant was trying to serve another 3 customers at the same time as me, and was rushed off his feet. I think there was a shortage of staff to cover the number of people (socially distanced) in the store especially when the assistants had a busy job also sanitizing every bed after people tried them. I more or less knew what I wanted before I came into the store, so didn't take long to decide, but had to wait some time to catch him again to place an order. Once at the check out service very efficient.

The mattress i ordered is not available and I don’t know when I’m going to receive it. I know there are issues with production due to Covid so I understand. We will have to see how long the order takes to come through, I was assured it would be within 12 weeks. I would also like to know more about the process of mattress and bed production and delivery in terms of environmental impact.
