The PPE arrangements whilst detailed were fundamentally floored. The sheets of paper to be put on beds whilst testing same needs to distinguish between each side of the paper eg different colours. By the paper being identical on each side there is nothing to prevent customers lieing on the paper then, innocently, putting the side of paper they have laid on in contact with the bed so nullifying the use of the protective paper.
