Unable to use the simulation tester system as we were buying a bed for my 13 year old son. The attendant said that he was too young to use the Simulator. This is ridiculous for a boy who who have benefitted from using it. Not clear why age was an issue.

Delivery time is far to long for such a purchase, price of bed protector far to high. signs stating discount throughout the store yet funny that the mattress we chose had not discount!!!
