The correct mattress protector was out of stock and took two weeks to arrive. I found that only the most expensive options were being mentioned during the time I was out of the shop and not all available option, felt slightly like I was being sold the most expensive option. Otherwise a great service all round.

The sale price was not explained before it was time to pay. The price of the mattress shown was £1099 with a large sale sign saying £300 off. What was not explained was the original price was £1300 - very misleading and not explained

I knew exactly what I wanted, so only had to ask a few questions. That was following a visit to the Store the previous Monday. looking for a replacement mattress. We had looked downstairs and failed to see what we wanted. On going upstairs to look at more I eventually approached a lone assistant, with a question about a mattress, but she told me that she was 'not interested' as she was 'only interested' in fitted furniture! ( I felt guilty disturbing her sat glued to her mobile phone ). She failed to call the appropriate assistant so we left the Store in disgust! ( We purchased both a bed and mattress in a nearby Store )

I had checked online for the items in my price range that I wanted to view and only 1 of these items was in store. The majority of the stock carried was at the higher end of prices and the more affordable items were not that easy to find
