Upon entering the store and looking for a member of staff myself and company were ignored. When we were finally able to gain assistance the member off staff did not introduce themselves or take the time to talk to us. When we went to place the order a few members of staff were busy chatting, giving the impression that we were interrupting them. While placing the order the member off staff came across rather rude and agitated when we were asking questions regarding delivery and additional items. Whilst we are satisfied with the delivery time the overall experience in the store was not a good one

We waited for about 20 minutes to be served by someone waiting by the machine to test what beds would be a good match.

We were shown the most expensive beds without being told the price first. Naturally we fell in love with a mattress but not the price tag of £2000. You should be asking budgets before putting people in an awkward situation where they have to tell someone they’ve never met that they can’t afford it.

I would have valued a greater trial period for my mattress than that offered. I had hoped there would be some greater flexibility in the overall price.
