Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

I ordered a sofa bed and bought a mattress protector. Would have bought more linen but wasn't impressed with the quality. Will try out the mattress protector first. Would alas have liked a wider choice of fabric for the sofa bed, but appreciate this may have been difficult for the price.

I was happy with the purchase I made. I objected to the pressing selling of other items.

Would have been nice to take the item away with us

Was not expecting long delivery time(over one month) when we have no problem with any day or date. This was first date (for free delivery) offered.

THE PRICE PAID WAS NOT DISCOUNTED AS MUCH AS WE WOULD HAVE HOPED

Found that delivery times were quite long. And extra money required for Saturday delivery. Given the prices of the items I would expect all delivery to be free.

The lady that served us did not take any interest in what we wanted, it felt like a tick box exercise. She assumed we wanted the first delivery date and put the order through even though we said we wanted a Saturday delivery. She then had to change everything and didn’t tell us there was a charge for Saturday delivery. She clearly wanted our sale and then to push us out the shop as quickly as possible. There was no real customer service there at all!

Could have been cheaper!
