Because we were being served by store manager who had just completed a purchase with my daughter and I was so happy with the service he had provided I decided to purchase a mattress myself (having changed my decision to purchase it elsewhere spending an additional £200in by doing that). I was passed over to another colleague to deal with me as she had insisted she had started serving me. We had exchanged pleasantries with that lady when entering Dreams and offered refreshments. We had asked her where the Otterman beds where and she said upstairs and although she said she would pop up, she failed to do so. It was the store manager who came up and offered all the assistance. I was not asked did I mind I was being handed over but was rather told.

We made an appointment to visit the store at Cribbs Causeway & when we arrived the sales assistants had no knowledge of our appointment. We were the only people in the store at the time so it didn’t hold us up, but I think it would have been beneficial for the assistants to know that we were coming at that time. The sales assistant seemed tired and said she had been busy all day reorganising the store as the sale ended at 8pm that evening. If the assistants had fore-knowledge I think they would have been happier.

Given my age it is highly unlikely that I shall be around to need to buy any further beds !!!

We were there for quite a while, just wandering around before anyone offered to help us. Once someone did, however, we couldn't fault the service.

they are where very help full but in my purchase sing they have mistake i was on my way home they call me back for singe and took me 30 mints.

the biggest problem was the time it takes to get a bed to my house ordered on 27th and it takes 10days this is not acceptable I don't think

The shop was a bit dreary and dull. The product was over priced as it was exclusive to dreams and no discount was offered on the price.

We have visited the store several times to find a bed that we wanted, on every occasion Grace patientally walked us through the same bed and mattresses that would best suit are needs. Myself and my partner are both very indecisive but Grace never pushed us into a sale never got frustrated or walked away from us when we hadn't made a decision. I feel that if it was anywhere or anyone else they would have lost interest in us after our first visit due to us being so indecisive. The only thing is that once we made the order and got home I realised that we hadn't discussed what slats we wanted on the bed and so I have checked the order and it is solid slats when we would like sprung slats. I will call the store and see what can be done to change that.

Pricing for high street brands like Silentnight are costly here compared to John Lewis but they agreed to price match, would have been highly satisfied if dreams did their homework to show the right price in the first instance
