The only slight issue was that only 1 person was assisting 3-4 different customers. 4 members of staff were standing around.

Highly satisfied was just too strong a term for buying a bed, I was helped to find a suitable bed and purchased it - I was satisfied.

Do not bother

We wanted to purchase a cabin bed and had to order from a brochure. It would have been nice to see an example before we bought them (we bought 2).

I PURCHASED A BED AND MATTRESS THINKING IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A WEEK OR SO BUT THE AVAILABILITY WAS NOT FOR AROUND 3 1/2 WEEKS WHICH I THINK IS A LOT TO WAIT ESPECIALLY WHEN PAYING IN FULL FOR THE GOODS THEN WHEN I TELEPHONEd USTOMER SERVICE TO SEE IF CAN BE DELIVERED QUICKKER AS THE ITEMS were in stock onthe webiste to be told the mattress had to be made specially as small double but we wer not told this in store if we had been we would have gone for a different mattress as the bed was available for next week

There is always room for improvement. Delivery charges for Sundays is poor customer service.

On entering the store it didn't smell the best. Staff helped us when required and we even got a cuppa while we waited to be seen. There is always room for improvement. Signage /labels could of been better a bit clearer perhaps. I didn't realise the what we were looking at was available in different colours until we were paying. I was given impression when looking around that what you saw was what you got. But I also never asked the question to see if didn't colours where available.

Because we were left a long time without being asked if we needed any help x

The avalibility of matteress at the lower end of the price range was a bit limited.

I was fairly satisfied just felt that the products on offer wher rather expensive compared to other outlets, how ever the lady who served us was the reason behind the sale!
