I cannot understand why delivery is an extra charge. there are no options to collect the item locally so don't really want hidden charges. delivery should be included in the price.

We visited the store twice, the first occasion was to see the bed I had seen online in person and then find a suitable mattress. All of this visit was done to a very high standard from the staff at the store. The second visit was to order the bed, however there was a delay in being served.

Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgable, however his colleague interrupted us a couple of times to ask for his help with her customer. He explained he was with customers and she made us feel that her customers were more important than we were.

The time it takes for the company used to process your order when taking out the interest free credit option. We had to wait over 30 minutes for them to get back to the shop assistant.

I was satisfied with the overall experience and the assistant Melanie was very friendly and helpful. I was not highly satisfied only because we were offered a 0% monthly scheme payment option but then refused this because I am a student. I would have liked to have known this was not an option originally as we got our hopes up.

only when reading through my contract did I realise my e-mail address had been wrongly recorded so phoned the store to correct this error
