I was satisfied.

We entered the store twice within 20mins. On the first ocassion we were given advice by a woman about the different mattress types - very helpful. When we re-entered, having decided we definitely wanted to purchase the mattress and bed base, we approached another member of staff (simply because he was available). He was helpful, although after asking if we had been dealt with by someone else earlier, he seemed less 'friendly'. The sale was completed, but in a way that felt he was disappointed he could not put his own name to the sale.

Long time for delivery of item

Joe (store manager) who assisted us quickly understood our needs and made a suitable recommendation. Purchase was quick and delivery options were great.

I felt a 12 week lead time was slightly excessive.

We were satisfied with our shopping experience

The only bed shop we visited so nothing to compare it against really.

The assistant talked us thru all the options but could have explained the costs for each as we went. We expected charges for delivery etc but only had them itemised once the order email arrived.

The staff were great, the store (s), we visited 2 in Bristol just feel a little dated.

Still rather pricey although I have never purchased a mattress before so don't have other experiences to compare it to. Would have appreciated paperwork on the guarantee of the Tempur pillows and mattress protector that we bought.
