I felt the salesman I spoke to wasn't really that interested in helping me. I thankfully knew which bed I wanted to look at and decided to go with that one. However, if I hadn't known, I don't think I would have ended up making a purchase. He didn't seem to know much about the products - although he did advise me on my mattress choice, which was very helpful.

we have not bought new bedding for some years so was a surprise to see how much the prices have gone upso unable to compare prices

It wasn't an amazing retail experience, but I didn't expect it to be. The staff were helpful but shopping for a bed is dull for someone like me. The shop was relativity characterless and slightly grubby looking.

Applying for interest free credit- credit check with Barclays took a long time. Assistant kept me well informed though.
